-Maintain the profile of Nutmeg and promote company brand in both public and private sectors via meetings, presentations and conferences (often involves extensive travelling).
-Research and instigate new product development initiatives. E.G. updating care home program to include puréed and soft fork mash recipes to help feed residents with dysphagia (partnership with Nutricia)
-Customer nutrition consultancy and training.
-First point of contact for all nutrition related enquiries.
-Manage relationships with potential and existing customers (relates to sales and support).

-Facilitated training for all Scottish LEA"s in recipe analysis and web based menu planning software (also facilitated training and consultancy for a number of English LEA"s).
-Regularly lecture on menu planning in care homes at the Royal Society for Public Health.
-Set up the Nutmeg consultancy service (compiled and managed training literature and train the trainer (T3) training schedule). Also introduced remote access training via Webex.
