Hi Richard. I'm sorry chap but i'm asking for a full refund. I have seen nothing from you. Deadlines have been missing and a simple request to be given a timeline for the sequence was ignored, which could have helped me plan at my end. This leaves me in no doubt that the job has not even been started. There has been a general lack of communication and willingness to show any progress of the work which I think is unacceptable.
My last message was read by you on Friday and you could not even respond to this to confirm the new deadline.
I've now made new arrangements and will not use your services again, I have deadlines to meet here and I have no other choice but to move on.
Being a designer myself, I have a very high expectations when hiring a fellow designer. Rich executed the job beyond my expectations. He listened to the brief and delivered! The outcome? Professional, unique, outstanding and of a high quality.
I would highly recommended!

Richard accepted my $200 project on Dec 20th and still hadn't delivered it 5 weeks later. I was strung along with excuses of illness, a house move, daughter in hospital, no office, no internet, parents away, a charity dinner he had to attend (seriously)...it went on an on until I had no choice but to ask for a refund on Jan 26, still without my animation. I heard a constant string of excuses and false promises of you'll have your animation by 'tonight', or 'tomorrow' or 'definitely today'. None the less, I missed my deadline and was frustrated that he couldn't just be honest with me that he'd taken too much on so I could hire someone else. I was encouraged by his stellar feedback, so was shocked at how terrible this went. Buyer beware.
For the buyers reading this review. Aimee is right in some context but what I do not like is that you have used the word "Excuses" and being "strung along", you clearly have not believed a word I have said for the factual reasons I gave for the delays.
The facts are that my daughter was in hospital for a couple of days!! That is not an excuse at all and I do not take lightly to you labelling it so.
I have been on PPH for many years now, a Top 5 seller and I strive and always aim to provide a 5 star service and enjoyable working relationship with new clients here on PPH.
Working with small companies to major worldwide brands, I have succesfully provided the highest quality work and service, years with very little poor feedback until now.
Everyone will have a low point at some point, sadly that moment has arrived over the last month with Aimee and a number of other clients I have worked with in the same time period, whom have thankfully stuck with me during a stressful month on a personal level.
I totally agree that I did take on to much with your project, but at that moment I truly believed I could have done a top job for you, evidentially I have failed and deeply sorry for that and offered to make it up to you in many ways.
You also fail to mention I offered you free services of work either on the current project or future projects.
The facts are I was omoving house during Christmas, having no office, nor internet, illness if my daughter and in fact other family matters which I do not have to share, and so forth, these massively disrupted my flow of work.
Again I am deeply sorry, but for buyers coming to me for work, beware, this is a one off situation that is extremely unlikely to happen again.
Aimee I wish you all the very best for 2018 and again if there is ANYTHING I can offer to make up for the distrupted experience.
