I graduated from the University of Bologna, Faculty of Letters and Philosophy, with a degree in Discipline of Arts, Music and Performing Arts. I served as apprentice for an international music journal – Xbass.org - from 2005 to 2007 and, after that, I have been working as freelance for many international newspapers and magazines, including Die Tageszeitung, Espresso, Ara Network, CNN, Reuters, Condé Nast, Rassegna, Altreconomia, New Internationalist, Literature and Languages, World Press, ResetDoc, Digital Journal, Sky and Liberazione.
Since 2009 I am working as German correspondent (w/o contract) for the Italian magazines Rassegna.it and Style.it, covering such topics as international and local policy, arts, fashion, culture and social issues. I have also published reports as travel journalist from Belarus, Moldova, Latvia, Ukraine, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Palestine and Israel. My pictures are distributed by Artflakes, Fotegrafik Asia, Ara Network and Photoshelter. On March 2011, it has been published my first travel novel, “Io viaggio verso Est” (Ed.Il Filo 2011).
I am working also as translator (EN>IT, DE>IT), proofreader and copywriter.
I am an Italian native speaker, but I am also fluent in English and German (written and spoken). I can also understand Spanish and French quite well. I am also willing to relocate.
