Direct sales of an eCommerce, EPOS and Stock control software solution to the retail industry with the SE as my area. Leads & appointments were generated by myself through telemarketing and direct call plus some internal sales team appointments.
I averaged 6 appointments per week creating monthly sales of £10,000 to £30,000 with a monthly £20,000 target from a package costing from £2800. Cybertill had 8 account managers when I joined but the downturn in the retail market made them underachieve & downsize there company.

Direct sales of CRM & mobile e-Business solutions to corporate blue chip companies. eWare’s partner’s included Computer Associates & Accpac and it produced it’s own complete CRM solution. I sold the product primarily into the IT, Retail, Telecom & Utility vertical markets. I worked across the full pre-sale, demo, sale, implementation and account management lifecycle, and consistently over achieved target up until being made redundant due to company take over and dismantling by Accpac.
End of 1st sector of Target to Apr 2001 not defined as working with Senior Account Manager’s and CRM technical staff as eWare was a highly technical solution sale.
Target May 2001 • Apr 2002 = £1 Million (including account managing): Result £430,000 with £700,000 project pending with AVIS, which was won & closed in April 2002 by Accpac.

Starting as an account manager, within months I was promoted to FACSys & Messaging Sales Manager. Position involved gaining, and account managing new business whilst also setting up enabled partnerships, managing internal telemarketing team of two and working with the technical install department whilst integrating with various CRM & ERP solutions.
