In my primary role, I am responsible for all report writing, organising and managing international events, responsible for 150k yearly budget spend, (events across Europe) and attending and speaking at international events on behalf of the company. My daily operational duties include: communicating with clients and sponsors by email and telephone, invoicing clients, finance related tasks and budgeting. I also use specialist software such as Indesign to complete marketing materials, projects and quarterly reports.
I am quick, and very efficient with an eye and attention to detail. I enjoy writing and checking documents, as well as, finding creative ways to rewrite old documents or articles.
