Summary: I am a native English speaker. I have a range of administrative experience; I am very comfortable with outbound and inbound calls in English, French, German and have used my basic skills in other languages (Finnish, Japanese, Spanish) to reach English speaking contacts on the telephone. I am competent on Windows and have experience of Word, email, internet browsers, Powerpoint, Excel, SAGE and Salesforce. I have a laptop, broadband and a BT telephone line.
Over the last year I have been translating into and out of French, and from German into English, as a volunteer translator. At present I also chair an active fundraising committee. I am very comfortable with meeting both short and long-term deadlines, evident in my voluntary work as a chair and translator.
