Work Experience Summary: After leaving college in 2008, i joined a firm of solicitors, where i have been working since. I am the person who deals with any administative work within the business and I take pride in my work. My daily taks include; answering, screening and transfering inbound phone calls, general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing, maintaining the electronic and hard copy filing system, handling requests for information and data, resolving administrative problems and inquiries, prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails, aswell as many other day to day tasks. The key skills I feel I bring to my role include; written and verbal planning and organizing, prioritizing problems, computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping and also, knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
Education Summary: I left school in 2005 with the following GCSE'S - English A, Maths B, Science B, Information technology A, Business Studies B, Psychology C, Religion C, History D, Physical education D. After school, i then progressed onto college, where i studied a two year course in Administration, gaining an NVQ level 3.
