Disappointed with the fact that they bid on project pretending that the budget is good enough for them, once proposal was accepted they started old technique in marketing with adding, on new proposed budget. Given the fact the job was posted openly with each task showing as and when and what needs to be done for how much. I am really disappointed due to that the whole project gone delayed and still pending.
