We pride ourselves in offering a personal professional service and all calls are answered in a timely efficient manner.
We are able to offer a totally bespoke solution depending on business needs. This can range from us acting as a reception service by fielding calls and transferring to the correct person within the business, to us acting as an “overflow” facility to answer those calls that our clients are unable to get to first. We are also able to offer more advanced services such as appointment making.
Our contact centre also has an outbound calling team who make a variety of tailored calls ranging from prospecting calls to customer satisfaction surveys. We can provide full mystery shopping packages.
To compliment our contact centre, we also have a mailing facility where we can cleanse company data, send bulk mailings as well as offer a polywrap facility for advertising mail.
