1. WORK EXPERIENCE
I am currently working as a Freelance Face to Face Interviewer, interviewing householders for research recording responses accurately on a laptop.
PREVIOUS WORK :
I worked for over 18 years in offices first as an Administrative Officer and then after gaining promotion as an Office manager. I was in production teams managing the collection and processing of data to feature in published statistical articles:
a. Drafting official data request letters and detailed user instructions for data systems.
b. As a main contact point representing teams with excellent communication skills including strong written English and a pleasant telephone manner when replying to customer enquiries.
c. Skilled at setting up appropriate well structured templates or logs for recording details of discussions with contacts and services provided to customers.
d. Accurate data entry into spreadsheets and database systems to important deadlines for calculations of published statistics.
e. Responsible for training new database users and writing detailed instruction manuals for database systems.
