    Personal Consultancy projects:

    • As Consultant for the Telegraaf I redesigned the conceptual internet infrastructure and initiated, managed and implemented the new service-based infrastructure of the Internet department. I set up a number of projects to build the main parts of the service-based architecture of “De Telegraaf”. Examples of services built are: an online payment service, a telephone service, a GIS-service and a Single Sign On service

    • During the implementation phase of the Protean ERP software, I was called in for emergency management support at Kappa paper Europe. The factory was at a standstill and millions worth of production were about to be lost. In close collaboration with the development team (30 developers) we made the factory run at 80% capacity within 12 hours and within a week the production was at an acceptable level of 95%
