RFI / RFP submissions within UK gov’t and EU tender guidelines. Negotiate and close complex contracts including technical appendices and SLA agreements.
â—Š Account management to retain and increase revenue / profit margins on established contracts.
â—Š Project management from formulating objectives, budgets and timelines through to final delivery.
â—Š Business planning processes including establishing strategy, budget and sales targets.
â—Š Market research and product development for new offerings including internal ROI justification up to C level.
â—Š People management and daily best resource allocation across cross-continental work groups including management, sales / account managers, R&D, IT support / developers, creative, operations, finance and legal.
â—Š Manage creation of materials for marketing campaigns, exhibitions, customer training programmes and user groups.
