Vast amount of experience providing comprehensive PA services and full secretarial support to Chief Executive level. Arranged, attended and minuted global audio and videoconferences.
Assisted in contribution and research for content of ad-hoc Board reports which included market share and performance analysis. Have undertaken special projects and assignments delegated from CEO or other senior executives. Organised and managed Pan-European Film Promotions, this included recording and presenting the results to 20th Century Fox (sponsor of promo.) in written and verbal format. Check, authorise and arrange payment of invoices. Arrange and co-ordinate delegated legal services including execution and notarisation of legal documents. Organise via Foreign Embassies application of Multiple Entry Business Visas for senior managers as required. Reconcile and arrange payment of senior managersï¿½ expenses, which included foreign exchange rate calculations. Key executives also had the facility to withdraw cash from their AMEX cards and I was therefore responsible for introducing a system to reconcile cash receipts & spend vs. cash withdrawal. Organised and planned extensive worldwide travel arrangements and itineraries. Collated market research information via industry sources and Internet. Arranged employee life assurance and private health cover. Managed UK office closure based in Holborn, London (transfer to Melbourne), including smooth repatriation of key Executives. Involved in Marketing and analysing results of department projects and promotions. Assisted in co-ordination of Student Group Commission Project. Regular contact with Board members. Produce weekly product performance Indices using Cognos Powerplay and Excel spreadsheets. Conducted customer surveys and created / managed database system to record results - data analysed and findings published. Minutes secretary to departmental Executive Committee. Personally responsible for introduction and management of a national Helpline Function - feedback with regard to efficiency and effectiveness of this service was always very positive and complimentary.
