Summary: In my 9 till 5 Job I am tasked with dealing with letters, email's, and oracle service requests from customers and upholding regulations of the issuing of the product I deal with.
Assessing the entitlement to the product I issue, by interrogating our in house oracle database and also accessing the historical records held, to find the information I require to issue the product.
I also have a high level of experience with data protection and the distribution of freedom of information requests, and am proficient in the current legislations for the dealings with these cases.
this may evolve giving bad news to customers, over all communication formats and also having to be aware of the customers needs, and using my own discretion if a situation arises.
I also take payment for the product if needed by issuing letters for payment taking payment either by cheque or deducting payments through the oracle database.
