Description: Paul worked in frontline sales and operational roles for many years before moving into HR in 1996. He worked with the blue chip businesses Tesco, Dixons Group, BBC and Sky in generalist roles before moving to Advantage Professional in 2004. A multi brand global recruitment company, his many achievements as HR Director helped secure the company"s position as a key player in the industry. These included gaining Investors In People at "Bronze" level – awarded to only the top 2% of all IIP holders in UK. Paul also contributed significantly to the business being placed in the Times Top 100 Companies list for 2007.
Paul subsequently moved into the wider HR and Corporate Services Director role and became a full board member in 2007. Operating as the COO for the business his remit encompassed all support functions together with change/organisational management projects and acquisition/integration activity.
