Over fifteen years of architectural practice, he has developed significant experience in maximising the value of existing buildings and sites through their redevelopment and refurbishment. Paul specialises principally in the design, planning & construction of health, workspace, living and learning environments, working with developers, investors and owner-occupier clients. Throughout his work, Paul seeks to maximise value for money and effective collaboration between client, consultant and construction teams using modern technology to create architecture that is of high design quality and is economically sustainable. Paul works principally in London and South East England, but is developing international links particularly in North America.
Paul is trained in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and is currently developing his project leadership skills with fellow consultants in order to drive improved outcomes for our clients through the use of BIM. At Weston, he is responsible for business development, networking, bid preparation and fee estimates, IT strategy, as well as BIM implementation and standards.
Paul is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and is an International Associate of the American Institute of Architects. Paul has a strong interest in fostering links between professional and client teams through links with industry groups, such as 100 Property Club and Freehold. He sits on the buildings advisory committee of All Saints Church, Marylebone, a Grade 1 listed Church designed by William Butterfield completed in 1859. He is a liveryman of the City of London and Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects where he is an Assistant to the Court.
