’· Has achieved qualified and certified coach status with the International Coach Federation-has coached directors and senior managers in order to achieve an enhanced business focus and personal effectiveness.
’· Gained board level experience and status in the public sector
’· Senior operational manager in a large local authority organisation with a staff of up to 600 personnel and an annual budget of £26 million per annum.
’· Was personally responsible for the takeover of six former Dial-A-Ride companies on behalf of London Buses Ltd (a subsidiary of Transport for London). This required a mature and disciplined approach to change management and resulted in the creation of a single London wide organisation from six independent operations with greatly improved customer service and operational efficiency.
’· Established new service standards for Transport for London across all operational areas, including finance, and incorporated key skills, staff management and motivation and the promotion of diversity and equal opportunity for all staff into these standards.
