Your recent advertisement for this vacancy requires a professional with extensive skills, knowledge and experience in the field of administrative and clerical work which I have obtained throughout my twenty year career.
As well as having seven GCSE’s (including Mathematics and English), I possess an RSA C.L.A.I.T qualification in Microsoft package and also SAGE qualifications in Computerised Book-Keeping, that indicates my intellectual competency required to perform my duties for any office based work.
My history of working within different busy environments and having broad range of practical office experiences demonstrates that I have the ability to adapt to change and work flexibly to meet the needs of my employer, such as occasionally working outside normal office hours to meet deadlines.
These days, I feel that having good communication and interpersonal skills are essential anywhere you go. From personal experience, it is these skills that are not only used to improve your own social life and career but are also a key to any successful business. For example, the use of communication and interpersonal skills are important in a business when good telephone manners are required on daily basis to deal with all kinds of people including customers.
My other strengths are that I am extremely hardworking and am always willing to participate in any learning and development activity which would help me carry out my duties of my job effectively. During my employment I am constantly aiming to maintain high professional standards at all times, ensuring that I have delivered results and have met the expectations of my employer.
Moreover, as noted in my attached Curriculum Vitae, I am highly skilled in providing the best administrative support possible to my employer and managing everyday office tasks.
