- Administrative support; audio/copy typing, proofreading, note-taking and dictation, preparing/issuing agendas and papers, minute-taking
- Content support and preparation; preparing/finalising content for presentations, speeches, press launches, Boards, committees and all other internal/external meetings and events. Coordinating schedules for visits, ensuring accurate logistics for travel and attendances.
- Agenda management and issue prioritisation; complex diary management, rolling to-do list prioritisation, email management, tracking correspondence, time-keeping
- Stakeholder management; call and enquiries handling, meet and greet, 'ambassador/gatekeeper', working collaboratively with leadership teams, partner and internal/external client groups
- Office management; financial management (petty cash, invoicing, credit control), general organisation, supplier management
- Sales/business support; cold calling, resourcing, research, networking, data/MI tracking and reporting
- Advanced PowerPoint, Advanced Word, Intermediate Excel
