Description: Managing and updating client"s training requirements and company databases.
Direct customer service support to client senior management.
Resolving issues which involves gathering and analysing requirements and providing training on the web-based Training System for clients.
Liaising with the management of the appointed representative network in order to establish and implement procedures to standardise work processes.
Scheduling and coordinating multi-client training courses and events, meetings, interviews, appointments, and other similar activities for supervisors, which also include organising all travel and lodging arrangements.
Creation and production of all in-house marketing material, sales material, presentations and periodic management reports
Managing the Compliance Helpline and other offered services which requires co-ordination with various staff and uses my team player skills and customer service focus.
Providing full administrative/secretarial support for the Managing Director and the senior management. Compose and edit correspondence and memoranda from dictation and from knowledge of policies of established departments/divisions; prepare and distribute agendas and minutes of numerous meetings.
Assisting with billing, renewals, creating invoices and credit control.
Attended regular system/ software development meetings and assisted with testing and providing feedback directly to senior management and the developers.
Always willing to work outside of regular hours where required to maintain the systems and services provided and would often work from home to meet agreed SLA"s.
