During my working life I have gained experience in all the Microsoft office packages, various accounts packages and numerous of bespoke packages used by companies.
I have created data bases for a saw mill, a golf club and a plant hire company, produced multimillion pound invoices utilising excel spreadsheets, presented to boards using power point.
I am flexible in my approach and happy to discuss tasks, large or small, by the hour, day or short term contracts. Attendance at your business can also be accommodated.

I worked for a National Company that provided Facilities/Maintenance support on the contract of an International Company who had a Global quality program called Six Sigma. I completed a Six Sigma project showing annual saving of $174,000 to the client. My role was managing the total administration/accounts/customer helpdesk of this prime contract, which annually turned over a multi million pound figure.
I then went to work for one of the largest companies in the world, where I was responsible for eight Airline accounts. I ensured that the customers work was put into the business in a timely manner, tracked through the plant during repair and then dispatched back to the Airline, followed by an accurate invoice.
The volume of work was approximately $1.5m/250 invoices a month. I provided the customer with a weekly status report of the progress of all their components and reported internal sales and invoice data for our business.
After that I was Co-Owner/Postmistress of a Village Shop & Post Office
My daily role involved me in communications with the widest spectrum of the public.I managed the daily and weekly balancing of the Post Office on the Horizon computerised system. Weekly accounts, stock control and ordering for the shop.
