Day to day work involved looking after each member and dealing with their requests such as membership issues and queries, I delegated work to my team and answer any questions they may have. I had to take a lot of call from difficult members all of which are dealt with straight away . Another main part of my job was renewals and joining up new members. I handled all the financial side of the clubs including direct debits, setting up credit card repeats, processing cheques and dealing with PDQ payments and reports.
As an additional project I designed, managed and uploaded all information on to the companyÃƒ’¢ï’¿’½ï’¿’½s website therefore becoming very competent with the companyÃƒ’¢ï’¿’½ï’¿’½s content management system along with many other websites which I have helped out on including the new British Sub Aqua website. I have also had the opportunity to work on several telesales projects and face to face sales all which have left me with a good understanding in this area. I worked with a number of online & offline databases and have a very good knowledge of them. I also designed and produced all of the companies E-news & Eflyers, as we do this on behalf of clients
