Working within the business management area of the PC4 team, this role included tasks such as compiling of weekly performance statistics, updating and compiling of monthly management reports as well as compiling of Quarterly contract status reports. Working for business management means I arrange and attend all weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews and meetings. These meetings are attended by senior management so accurate data is essential.

SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST
Key activities in this role include processing of deliveries and invoices for Eurofighter spares. This involves liaising with suppliers and procurement in order to ensure timely actioning for all deliveries and invoices. This role also includes debt management, where I have vastly reduced levels of debt since undertaking the post. In this position I also undertook a technical support role where I resolve any BaaN V system issues reported by the rest of the team. As well as the above I was also responsible for training new team members or existing team members in additional skills required for the role. I am now also overseeing the Salam (Saudi) contact on behalf of the IT / BaaN team as well as being responsible for the order book management of Salam Procurement orders. In addition to the above I have also undertaken a reporting role in this post. I have developed tools which can be used for daily reporting as well as tools that can be used to generate management reports. I have also created databases which are used by the rest of the team to aid with their day jobs. As I have developed an extensive knowledge of the D&I process, I have represented the team at international Supply Chain conferences.

MMS EXIT PROJECT CO - ORDINATOR
Key activities in this task included working in conjunction with Procurement Engineers and managers from all levels within the company to facilitate MMS system retirement. This involved system updates ensuring data integrity, generation of statistics for weekly updates, Transactional activity within Procurement Network systems, Support data analysis activities. This role would also include other urgent tasks to be completed to tight deadlines as and when required.
