I have excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and have used these applications to type quotations, letters, create databases and spreadsheets and also prepare PowerPoint presentations. I have recently used Word to design and write bespoke training material for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This material was used in Government to train over 200 users.
I have used my excellent communication skills to organise events and travel for CTO and Directors in Government and using my own initiatives I’ve sought flights, booked internal connections and hotel accommodation.
I was in partnership running an internet business for ten years, and during this time I maintained personnel records for the company, managed accounts and payroll using Sage and also developed my IT Skills. I can now support users using XP and Vista and also provide support for users using Microsoft Desktop applications.
