I have experience of delivering solutions within both the public and private sector, within varying sizes of organisations from SMEs to corporates.
Not all organisations have the luxury of carrying additional resource to run projects. Using existing resources is not always an effective solution; often leading to significantly increased workloads for the individuals concerned and mixed end results. My knowledge and experience ensures delivery of effective HR and procurement projects without the need for a business to incur unnecessary costs.
Irrespective of the size of your organisation, my starting point is the identification of a valid business case. Should this have already been generated it will be used as the principal driving force to ensure the project is delivered effectively. If a business case is not available, I will work with your organisation to produce such a document to ensure that the project is viable and will deliver benefit to the business.
My primary markets are within the HR and procurement fields, however most small-medium projects can be undertaken. As a registered Prince2 Practitioner I apply recognised methodology to ensure effective delivery and provide flexibility to support projects across a wide spectrum of business areas.
