Work Experience Summary: Group Training Manager
As recognition for my good performance I was offered this role My role was to work with 14 branches of sub prime motor dealership assisting with their overall profitability. My day to day role involved communicating with the managers and sales staff highlighting areas of good and bad performance. The function of my role involved coaching, training, auditing the Sales Process, Sales Documentation and Fsa Documentation. As part of my role I regularly travelled round the country holding Sales training courses including: Sales Inductions and progression courses for Managers and existing Sales Advisors.
I was approached to move to Leeds to manage a Sub Prime Motor Dealership. I looked after an inexperienced team of people and from a standing start we grew the branch sales from month to month. I recruited and trained the staff until my branch was consistently in the top three in the company for Sales and overall performance. We offered the total finance package from receiving the application to arranging the finance and providing the vehicle. The branch worked on an appointment basis only • Telephone work for appointing customers was essential. My Branch performed well through constant coaching and ensuring the staff knew what was expected of them.

This role involved taking applications from the public with adverse credit, arranging finance packages, making appointments, selecting a suitable vehicle with maximum profit, selling insurances such as payment protection, asset protection and motor warranty. I have a proven track record within this role and consistently performed, breaking sales targets within my first month I remained the lead performer in the group until moving into management.
