In 2003 the company was completely re-structured to focus on off-shore business process and call center outsourcing services market and was officially registered as a legal business entity with Firms registration authority of Lahore, Pakistan and duly registered with Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) as an international call center. Started with two part time employees and five seats operations, TransData grew tremendously over the last 5 years and now employs 150 full time people, with an installed capacity of 200 seats and round the clock operations. TransData’s principal place of business is Lahore, Pakistan in a company owned building with more than 7000 Sq-Ft of office space. We also operate a branch office located in Middle East. All services will be provided in a centralized format from Lahore, Pakistan except in the case of Arabic language support where the phone support services may possibly be delivered utilizing our Middle East office resources. In 2007 TransData’s legal status was changed to a Private Limited Company registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and since then also registered with Pakistan Software Export Board as a Call Center services provider.
