Procurement of supplies especially; stationery, IT equipment, software, mobile phone tariffs and catering supplies.

I tend to use Microsoft and Google Docs, depending on my clients’ preference. I am a bit of an Excel guru with a touch of geek so I do love a spreadsheet!! With regards to all of the mainstream Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) I am experienced to advanced level and this also includes; MS Project, MS Dynamics CRM, MS Visio, MS FrontPage and MS SharePoint. I am fully confident with cloud computing in several formats. I find DropBox excellent for sharing smaller volumes of files. For larger operations, if your company uses SharePoint for example, then I recommend creating a “client” sub-site which I can use as a document repository for the work I am carrying out for you. I have my own Microsoft Office software and I also own Adobe Acrobat Professional. Other software I am experienced in is Invenias CRM, Sugar CRM, Zoho ServiceDesk+ and Adobe Contribute web content management software as well as several companies bespoke software packages.
No job is too big or too small so please get in touch if you think I can assist you and your business. I am happy to undertake fixed price work for set projects or alternatively charge an hourly rate if preferred.
