I have strong written and verbal communication skills and a great eye for details when dealing with important documents. I can multitask and work well under pressure.
I have excellent IT skills and can use most Windows operating systems and Office software with ease. Any systems i have not yet used i am able to pick up quickly. I am experienced in ms word, excel and access.
I have worked on spreadsheets, databases and general word documents. I have proofread information before sending t on to relevant people/companies. I have dealt with general secretarial and reception duties such as filing, faxing, typing, photocopying, ordering, transcribing, dealing with mail and answering the phone.
I have attended meetings and taken minutes in some of my positions.
I can type 60-70 wpm.
