With the experience of over 20 years in independent restaurants and successfully developing my own restaurant business, I have a deep understanding of food culture, top quality products, ingredients and techniques from across Europe and the rest of the world.
In the last 6 years I’ve researched, written and worked on recipes, ingredients and products from across the globe for published food writing, recipe development and consultancy, as well as for product and concept development for a range of food businesses. I have two published books due for release in 2018 for Pavillon and Quadrille in the UK.
In my professional career I have also created and collaborated on a number of side projects and enjoy a broad range of food related activities, including food education, workshops, online projects and collaborations within both the food sector and other creative and commercial sectors.
I am an extremely passionate and professional operator who has been inspired as much by my extensive travels as by my professional kitchen experiences. I have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of creativity and project management experience.
