• Initiate new calls to generate interest and secure appointments with prospective customers
• Present daily reports and other related performance feedback
• Perform other related duties when assigned by the accountability.
• Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional, timely and courteous manner
• Handling the volumes of inbound calls
• Responsible for resolving customers problems efficiently and promptly
• Performing outgoing calls on following up status and inputting information into database
• Help customers find the best alternative solution to their (Customers) challenges
• Manage customers’ expectation to extend that they see us as their strong, competent, ally.
• Answers Supervisor calls coming from billing, technical and Sales department.
• Solves escalated issues from first level representatives in a short amount of time.
• Reporting to the Call Center Manager, this technical position requires the ability to understand customers’ needs and problems, to extract information and in the end provide the best solutions via our CRM system.
• The primary responsibility as a Customer Support Specialist is to provide high quality first level pre-and post-sales technical support to Tracfone and Net10 customers in the USA region.
• Contribute in documenting all reported issues and solutions into the CRM, and collaborate with other Helpdesk Agents.
• Meet productivity and quality standards Participate and/or recommend improvement in processes
