Responsible for the budget process related to the external sales volumes and consolidation of the internal sales volumes for the group. Responsible for leading the process for business development of the group’s structural change into a business driven group with a 24-hour service concept, with the anticipation of after market growth of 50% over a three year period. Responsible and leading the controlling function of the group’s supply and logistics functions, whereby achieving group cost reductions of a minimum of 20%.
