All the Agents have their own office spaces situated within their own homes with High Speed Broadband, High Spec Computers and have 100% Elasticity built in to accomodate anything from straight forward shifts to managing the (OOH) Out of Hours requirments - In fact this is an absolute forte of ours. All our Agents are DPA, FSA trained and also come with CRB Criminal Record Checks which are mandatory and also all refferences are followed up so our Agents are vetted more stringently than any other Contact Centre Agent. Many have Vast Experinece of Contact Centre work and are Multi Skilled also. We have a team of 150 Bilingual Agents also should the need arise.
