City of London, GBActual Work was good BUT they where not very friendly , and did not listen properly to me , they did the work that I asked , but did not explain anything to me and Gave little instruction on how to use the products, and how to get the best from them ........disappointed

As he said "Actual Work Was Good" and not just good he said it was "Great" and then asked me to do extra work when I asked him to pay the invoice for the work I have done. He asked me to teach him how to use the social media sites and provide him with all the possible reports on how he is currently handling it and how can he handle it better.
Which was a work of additional 2-3 hrs costing me $65, still being a new company on PPH I decided to do it and prepared a report for him and gave it to him in PPH inbox and then he provided me a negative feedback! I was shocked I asked him why he provided me a negative feedback, I have also prepared a report and gave it to him. He said "I didn't receive the report" It was there in the message, I send him a screenshot and showed him that I already have send him the message 3 days ago, still he said he did not receive the message. I send him the report again and asked him if he got it and if he need anything else ( I have messaged him 10 to 15 times till now) and it has been "2 WEEKS" this man has not replied me a single word! Heights of unprofessionalism, there can't be any team more friendly than us and all our customers know it very well!
This by far was my worst experience in my entire freelancing carrer, This brought my 100% rating down to 96%, I am disappointed to work with a customer like this. Who on even getting free work worth of $65 gave a negative review on saying "I didn't receive the message" and now I have been asking him if he needs anything else, if he is happy with the report etc he has no time to reply.
Worst customer, be aware of him if you are a seller, already warned my friends here to not work for him.
