Project outline that we bid for didn't match what the client wanted. We did more than the original project required and then the client had the cheek to query the fee we were charging! For example, project outline clearly said that the financials were complete, but then asked us to put together all the financials! We laid out a perfectly good design - we were asked to copy a clunky design layout the client. We did this. The client then sent another document with another design (similar to our original) and asked to use that design. That's repeating the work twice and in addition to the other work needed!
