Northampton, GBDid not listen to the brief at all. When you pay for a service you expect it to be run in the way you would like, not the other way around so I terminated the project. Rebecca kindly asked if I would leave the campaign open but nothing changed and when questioned regarding process, Rebecca struggled to find an answer. Sometimes, things are just a poor fit.
