Nottingham, GBI instructed Emma on the basis that she was one of the more expensive freelancers and I expected a good and productive service. I initially spoke to Emma on instruction and then she instructed one of her freelancers to carry out the works. I had no further contact from Emma to see how the campaign was going or how it went. Top dollar for a very average service. Only 4 appointments made at a cost of nearly £700 with fees. Very frustrating for a company that has continuous work for the right company.

Doha, QAI prefer not to give my honest feedback here, I would like PPH refund the full amount of money I paid for a service I did not receive, this needs to be fully refunded to my bank account otherwise I will need to take legal action. Thank you in advance.

I have requested for the refund to be sent and its showing its been done, so there is no need for any legal action against PPH. They were not honest that you cant call their country using VOIP solutions and as I am based in Europe this was the only solution to call the country, its also not possible to call mobiles as I conduct B2b and not consumer calling. I didnt feel comfortable to work with them.
