Between December 2008 and May 2009 I personally increased the maintenance sales pipeline by £54 million for a construction company, whilst securing relationships with key local authority and housing association decision makers. Identified operational areas where service delivery was not adequately supporting the sales cycle, made recommendations which were implemented resulting in a significant increase in secured sales.
Instigated and launched a marketing campaign directed at local schools resulting in 62 pricing opportunities varying in value from £5,000 through to £1.5m.

Between June 2008 and November 2008, as Business Development Manager increased another companies annual turnover from £1m to £2m. Instigated a CRM sales database and devised key performance indicators to improve service delivery and set the foundations for future growth of both the brand and profitable turnover.
In 2001 provided leadership and management through a change of ownership from the public to private sector, motivating and re-training a staff team of 50 throughout the process and ensuring that service delivery was maintained.
