Projects have included:
Managing enabling and refurbishment works for Commercial Property for Network rail in London and Birmingham.
Assisted on coordination/management of the Design Team when completing the RIBA stage designs for the Central Line. This included setting up and attending site visits and design review meetings with Engineers and Construction team, reviewing and distributing comments and ensuring designs with report were delivered on time.
Developed scope for Station Modernisation/Refurbishment programme as London Underground Initiation Team Leader.
Worked on the Modernisation project for upgrading advertising on the entire Underground Network as an Project Co-ordinator (Risk, Change and Reporting) for the Programme Office.
Assessed upgrade/replacement options for Automatic Ticket Machines on the Docklands Light Railway network. This included conducting research, analysing findings, planning and providing quality assurance services.
Assistant Project Manager
Provided Project Management and Planning assistance to the start-up phase of the Circle line 7th car project, enabling full 7 car operation throughout the Circle line. This includes the extension of platforms at 16 stations, the procurement of additional train cars plus signalling and track works.
