My approach is hands on, i roll up our sleeves and work with you and your personnel to create the services you require to ensure the desired end result.
I have10 years in depth experience as a Human Resource professional with small and medium size enterprises, and i am a chartered member of the CIPD. My HR experience has been gained by working with companies employing between 5 and 150 personnel, across a spectrum of industry sectors. Prior to her move to HR, I worked extensively in the hospitality industry in the United Kingdom and Africa.

Membership scheme to fortnightly HR updates, tips & advice
Provide a fortnightly email update service detailing HR support, tips, advice and any legislative updates.
HR support to ensure your organisation is aware of all its HR obligations and well placed to manage its day to day requirements e.g. personnel files, contracts and offers of employment, personal development and training, warning and dismissal procedures, retrenchment and tribunal procedures.
HR support to prepare, review, and update your company manuals and policies, and where required, manage the policies and procedures.
Develop and/or update HR templates and guidelines to provide a tool box for management or personnel who are not HR professionals but who are undertaking an HR function in your organisation. This works with your current procedures and incorporates them into the template. This will ensure your statutory obligations and best working practices are being maintained.
Initiate and/or update, establish and integrate HR employee handbooks into your business. Offer an ongoing service which updates the handbooks as legislation or your policies change.
Establish documentation to cover organisational inductions for new starts
Job Descriptions/ Job Specifications
Update and/or implement Job Descriptions and Job Specifications for employment positions within the organisation.
Implement systems to track and reduce absenteeism.
Training and Development (Continuous Personal Development)
Integrate training plans and or employee development structure into your organisation.
Source training providers and integrate this into your training plan.
Develop the understanding of the role and function of line manager to supervisors/managers in your team who have employee responsibilities. This is achieved through good working practice, positive organisational structures and training.
Provide Customer Care training.
Provide recruitment and screening service for personnel.
Recruit junior HR personnel into roles and offer support and guidance for these personnel.
