It is crucial that I have a thorough understanding of Project and Change Management processes including Stakeholder management, Planning, Organising, Monitoring and Controlling, Time Management and Interpersonal. Training is a fundamental part of ongoing change programmes hence I am required to have a thorough knowledge of the projects aims from the outset to ensure that an effective training solution is designed that delivers the required change.
Risk Management Skills:
It is my responsibility to ensure that myself and my team have a thorough understanding of the Statutory and Regulatory principles including Money Laundering and Fraud, Data Protection, Treating Customers Fairly etc, and that all training solutions address any Risk issues as a matter of course.
Another fundamental requirement of my role is to ensure that all training solutions have a strong focus on diversity.
