I found this interesting as it is a look at how an intensely autistic teenage boy struggles and overcomes some of his daily tasks and fears.
I also love swimming, going to the gym, music, singing and recreational dancing. I still indulge in my passion for art and textiles by; knitting, sewing, painting and drawing.

I currently work as a health care assistant on Oxford Ward, Herts and Essex Community Hospital, Hertfordshire. I have worked here since the 17th October 2007 to the current date.
• My Responsibiltys
General and extended personal care, promoting well being, assisting individuals to regain their independance. I also assist staff nurses with daily tasks. ensuring patients take their medication and assisting patients to out patient appointments

I also currently do bank work within the Princess Alexandra Hospital Harlow Essex. I enjoy this as it gives me an insight into how an acute hopsital works and runs on a daily basis. I enjoy the fact that not one ward will function as the same as another and the variety of health related problems are more varriend then the patients I look after in my full time job.
Before working with the nhs I volunteered with saint elisabeths centre for the epileptic. Here I assisted individuals and groups of young adults with a varied range of disabilities to refubish furniture to resale. I found this experience rewarding and this helped me to decide that I want to work in the care profession.
Education Summary: my high school education consists of 10 g.c.s.e's at the level d and above. I also have a gnvq in art and design, a national diploma in fashion and textiles and a level 3 nvq in care and well being.
