I have previously worked in hotels as an Assistant Manager and a Conference and Sales manager. I have vast amount of office and admin experience from confirmation letter's to data inputting. I have also done a basic bookkeeping course. After leaving the Hospitality Industry, I worked in an office at an Ink Cartridge Recycling Centre and quickly fast tracked and was asked to start up the Mobile Phone Recycling side of the business.
More recently I was the Office Manager for a Recruitment Agency. For the past 2 years I have been working from home as a Virtual Customer Service Executive for a Recruitment Advertising Company. This involves, taking orders, over the phone and via email. Selling packages suitable for the role being advertised and following through and working closely alongside the customers to ensure that they advertising packages are suitable and offering excellent Customer Aftercare.
I am very efficient and extremely hard working. I am currently self-employed.
