With over ten years experience in retail and banking sectors, I can provide excellent customer service support. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organisational and administration skills, which enable me to perform a variety of roles.
To give some examples I have been involved in complaint handling, writing reports and training materials, generating sales, delivering training, implementing new systems, managing people's performance, working with data, organising events and various other tasks. I am reliable and will carry out instructions as required or take the initiative where necessary. I also enjoy creative writing and copy writing and have a high level of English and grammar skills.
I am currently working from home as I have become a mum, after ten years in constant full-time employment. I'm wishing to make use of my many skills in hopefully building a viable career working from home.
