My previous employment includes: P.A. to Customer Service Manager, P.A to Research Manager and Consultant in Research & Development within the NHS. I am currently employed in Local Government as a Secretary/Administration Assistant.
I possess excellent Customer Service skills, having previously worked in retail/telecommunications call centres from which I have gained extensive experience in this field.

Work Experience Summary: I have worked as a P.A./ Secretary to Customer Services Director within a Telecommunications Call Centre and as P.A. for the Clinical Director and Manager for Reseach & Development within NHS and have also worked as an Audio Typist for many years.
