I am also proficient as a PA and Business Administrator and am experienced in MS Outlook, Email, Internet, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Ariba. Also formulated a Travel Policy for the Group and was the main contact/adviser for all business travel for staff. Organised all business travel for the Department and visas and any other administrative tasks to ensure the safe and secure travel for the business team.

Description: Event Manager and the organisation of the Business Travel Market Industry party held at The Troxy.
Role included venue sourcing, liaison with suppliers and sponsors, booking of transportation, entertainment, venue and catering and the collation of all quotes from said suppliers and the feedback to the party owner on recommendations, etc. Upkeep of the P&L to ensure that the party comes within budget. Arrange all meetings with suppliers and sponsors. Oversee the running of the event on the night and be there for set-up and de-rigging.

Description: Assisted the London City Airport's Marketing Team on the Charity Fun Day held in July 2011 at the Royals Business Park. My duties included the sourcing of suppliers on the day, i.e. fun fair rides, attractions, caterers, entertainment, staging, AV and sound system, transportation, etc. Liaison with said suppliers and the collation of all Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Insurances, CRB, COSHH and Health & Safety requirements ensuring compliant with standard and on the day. Liaison with the LDA for permission to use the land and obtain relevant licences for the day. Liaison with Newham Council to obtain licences and approval for use of their facilities for the VIP event. Liaison with RoDMa and the Regatta Centre to gain their permission and any other regulatory requirements. Liaison with Police, Fire and First Aid re the organisation of their attendance at the event. Attendance on the day at set-up and de-rigging. Organisation of all meetings between suppliers, Council, LDA, etc.
