I am a customer service executive with over 10 years experience in various fields ranging from being a microbiologist in the food and water industry, working within a corporate environment to managing within the entertainment industry. I have been able to use my transferable skills in every position that I have held. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills with my ability to relate to a wide range of people. Ambitious and goal orientated, with a clear vision of future objectives.
Good communication skills gained from my interaction with different clients and staff. Issuing clear and concise instructions to my colleagues and dealing with customers tactfully and diplomatically. I am the Secretary General of a charity organisation and that requires me to communicate with groups nationwide and internationally.
I have a proven track record of working within a team in my various roles working within an office environment. In all circumstances it was important to work as a team to achieve our daily targets. I am on the Executive committee of the UK-Liberia Ebola Taskforce based in the UK. Being in a team of this magnitude requires experience being able to work within a team.

It enabled me to coordinate communications among team members, including internal and external teleconferences and other routine communications, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas and minutes.
