In my most recent role, working within volume recruitment on behalf of a well-known financial organisation. I was solely responsible for co-ordinating anywhere of up to 100 candidates at any given time. This was as well as composing emails, letters, liaising with the client, team meetings, client visits, conducting competency based assessments on potential candidates, management forecasting, providing feedback to the client and the candidate. Working for such a highly prestigious client, It was important to ensure that processes were strictly followed and all equal opportunity and data protection policies were adhered to.
I think this provides a good example of my capabilities in not only administration but also my organisation and communication skills.
I must also say that I've had several other roles where I was required to work solely on a project, including managing a small team and PA responsibilities.
