These include inputting and maintaining data on various databases using a variety of computer systems and programmes, such as Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Sage. In addition, i have experience in answering calls from clients and making outgoing calls to clients, representatives and other external business types. I have demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers. I feel I have very good communication skills as in previous and present job I have dealt with all different types of clients, thought phone, face to face, in writing and by email. For example if a client contacts me and is very angry and abusive, I can deal with that by keeping calm and collective. In addition, I can change my vocabulary and tone of voice to suit my client’s /customers needs. I also go out of my way to help people to the best of my abilities that my resources will let me. Also, I have processed mail both incoming and outgoing.I also prepared, entered and maintained invoices on to the system ready for payment and helped with financial enquires for the company, this was to maintain the accounts so the business ran smoothly.
