I have advanced MS Office and somemore...An Executive PA Secretary, with many years of Secretarial experience. I am educated to Degree level in Humanities with a strand of Art History. I have advanced MS Office and some IT Helpdesk skills, which I have obtained during my career. I am currently studying Bookkeeping and ILM Management Skills (Level 3). Motivated, and enjoy working hard, to achieve goals, with the ability to communicate with all levels of people. Provide a high standard of general secretarial support to include preparation of presentations and reports, minute taking of meetings and drafting correspondence. Proactive, and can hit the ground running, with a positive âï¿½ï¿½can doâï¿½ï¿½ attitude. Good organisational, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills. I enjoy working on my own initiative as well as being part of a team, and have experience of working within deadlines. Flexible and has the ability to mentor and coach others. A good listener and feel that communication is a vital part of a successful business. Good understanding of the internet and its search facilities. Highly organized, and methodical worker, combined with high standards of accuracy and attention to detail. I would really appreciate a role that would be long term and stable, with some responsibility.
